Instead of going back to the drawing board and scouring the web for another free, high-quality photo that’s less busy, you can simply remove the background, keeping only the subject of the photo on your slide.

We use a pretty picture of a butterfly and a bee to show how you can use the ‘Remove Background’ tool in PowerPoint to get rid of everything except the butterfly and bee itself. Please  note that the Remove Background feature is only available if you are using Microsoft PowerPoint 2010 or later.)
